In order to ensure the quality and reliability of Senior Flexonics' bellows, hose, and assemblies, we have instituted extensive control and testing systems. Our process controls provide statistical and failure mode effect analysis to assist our design team in eliminating defects. These controls, coupled with extensive testing, ensure delivery of the high-quality product. We conduct functional tests in our comprehensive testing facilities to verify product performance. Senior Flexonics products are life cycle tested to millions of cycles at customer-specified operating pressures temperatures, and environmental conditions. Senior Flexonics also has data acquisition capabilities and testing capabilities to simulate actual motion and vibration using 6 axis test rigs.
